Do mascots talk?
No. JoJoFun mascots are non-verbal characters. They communicate through gestures, movement, dancing and playful interaction to help preserve the magic of the character.

Can the mascot lead party games and activities?
No. A Mascot Appearance is a meet-and-greet experience rather than a hosted entertainment program. If you would like an entertainer to lead the children through games and activities, our Children’s Entertainers delivering The Works™ are designed for that.

Can we take photos with the mascot?
Absolutely. Photos are a big part of the experience. Guests are welcome to take individual photographs, group photos and selfies with the mascot.

Does the mascot need a changing area?
Yes. A private changing area is required where the performer can change, safely leave personal belongings and take any necessary air and water breaks out of sight of guests.

Do mascots need breaks?
Yes. Mascot costumes can become very warm, so short air and water breaks may be required depending on the length of the appearance, temperature and airflow. Breaks are always taken away from the children and guests.

Is a mascot handler required?
For private bookings exceeding two hours, a mascot handler is required. The handler assists with guest interaction, crowd flow, performer safety, breaks, photographs and movement through the event.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as your event details are confirmed, particularly if you have a specific character in mind. Last-minute bookings are welcome but are always subject to availability.

Are travel fees extra?
Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event.

Are corporate and large-event bookings priced differently?
Yes. Corporate events, festivals, brand activations, schools, malls and other organizational events may require different pricing and a custom estimate based on the event requirements.
