- Ultimate Package: Includes 4 hours of venue use, premium decorations, full catering service, entertainment options, and a party assistant.

1. Booking Confirmation:
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event date.
2. Deposit and Payments:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required to secure your date.
- Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Venue Usage:
- The venue is available for the duration specified in the package.
- Additional hours can be booked, subject to availability.
5. Damage and Liability:
- Any damage to the venue or equipment will be charged to the booking party.
- We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
6. Guest Count:
- Each package includes a set number of guests. Additional guests will incur extra charges.
- Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

- A: Basic decorations include balloons. Themed decorations are available in the Deluxe and Ultimate packages, depending on availability.
Q4: Are there any restrictions on decorations I can bring?
- A: You can bring your own decorations, but they must be approved by our team. No confetti or open flames are allowed or sticking things on the walls without the proper non-destructive adhesives
Q5: What catering options are available?
- A: We offer a variety of catering options, including snacks, full meals, and custom birthday cakes. Menu options are available upon request.
Q6: What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
