Our Mascot Appearance brings a larger-than-life character to your event for photos, greetings, high-fives, hugs, and playful guest interactions.

This is a meet-and-greet style appearance, not a hosted entertainment program. The mascot focuses on posing for photos, roaming the space, waving, and creating joyful moments, making it perfect for birthday parties, malls, festivals, school events, retail activations, corporate family days, and community celebrations.

Mascot appearances can be booked for short visits or multi-hour events, depending on your needs. The character may roam throughout your event or stay in a designated photo area, adding excitement, charm, and visual impact without interrupting event flow.

Mascots bring favourite characters to your special events, delighting the kids through physical comedy, dancing, high-fives and hugs as well as fantastic photo and video opportunities. Mascots do not speak so as not to dispel the myth of the character. The children would otherwise become fixated on the differences of the artistes’ voices in comparison to the well known branded voices of the characters (even at Disneyland Mickey and Minnie do not speak!). Mascots are a way of bringing the character to life for the engagement and wow-factor for children to be able to have their favourite characters present on their special day.

What is included in a mascot booking?

Each mascot booking includes: A professional mascot performer Character meet & greet High-fives, hugs, dancing, and playful interaction Photo opportunities with guests Performer arrival in costume, performance time, and departure Mascots do not speak in order to preserve character authenticity.

Do mascots talk?

No. Mascots are non-verbal characters. They communicate through gestures, movement, and playful interaction. This maintains the magic and avoids breaking the myth of the character for children.

Is a mascot handler required?

Is a mascot handler required? Yes. A mascot handler is required for private bookings if your booked time exceeds 2 hours. Handlers: Assist with guest interaction and crowd flow Ensure performer safety and comfort Manage breaks discreetly Help guide photos and movement

What space is required at the venue?

To ensure a smooth experience, we require: Private changing area, ideally where performer can safely leave personal belongings during performance, and also can return to for required air/water breaks (for events longer than 45 mins) Designated guide or handler support to escort the mascot

Do mascots need breaks?

Yes. Mascot costumes can become warm, and short air breaks are required for safety. Standard Break Schedule 30 minutes – Not essential but dependent on temperature & air flow 45 minutes – 1 × 3-minute break 1 hour – 1-2 × 3-minute breaks or 1 × 5-minute break (depending on event, air flow, temperature etc) Longer bookings – Additional breaks will be scheduled as needed Breaks are always taken out of sight of children & guests.

Can we take photos with the mascot?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to take: Group photos Individual photos Selfies Handlers can help organize photo moments for smooth flow.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible once you are sure of your booking needs. Last minute bookings are also welcome however… subject always to availability. To secure your date, please confirm promptly.

Are travel fees extra?

Travel fees may apply if your event is outside downtown Toronto.
