We deliver. Delivery carries an additional charge depending on your event location. Include your venue address or postal code when requesting a quote so we can price delivery alongside the rental.
Tell us your preferred delivery and collection times and where you would like the sleigh positioned. We will discuss access, setup and collection arrangements with you before the booking is finalized.
- Check the delivery route: tell us about doorways, gates, stairs, elevators, loading areas and any access restrictions. The sleigh’s dimensions are the starting point; allow additional room to move and position it.
- Allow space around the sleigh: plan room for photographs, guests and any waiting line in addition to its footprint.

Does the rental include Santa Claus?
No. This is a décor and display rental. Santa Claus must be booked separately. Ask about adding a real-bearded or theatrical-bearded Santa to your event.
Is the sleigh suitable for photographs?
Yes. It is a decorative photo-op piece and holiday centrepiece, ideal for Santa photo stations, family photo areas and corporate Christmas displays. Photography and photo booth services are separate bookings.
Can guests sit in it, and does it provide sleigh rides?
This rental is a decorative display and photo-op piece rather than a sleigh-ride service. If you would like guests to sit in the sleigh for photographs, please tell us before booking so we can confirm permitted use and any capacity restrictions for your setup.
What size is the sleigh?
The dimensions are 77 × 41 × 51 inches high (approximately 196 × 104 × 130 cm). Allow additional space for access, positioning, photography and guests. Send us your access measurements if your venue has narrow entrances or other restrictions.
Do you deliver and help arrange setup?
Yes, we deliver in Toronto and the GTA. Delivery is charged separately according to location. Setup and collection arrangements are confirmed with your quote, taking your venue access and event schedule into account.
Can the sleigh be used outside?
Yes, weather and surface permitting. It is not suitable for rainy weather without overhead cover. Tell us about your outdoor location and shelter when requesting a quote so we can assess the proposed setup.
Can I rent it without booking an entertainer?
Yes. You can rent the sleigh as a standalone decorative piece for your own Christmas display or photo area. Performers and other services are optional, separate bookings.
